Local Delivery

• Your items will be generally delivered within 7 working days with our designated courier. Customized order will be generally delivered with 25 -40 days after confirming and receive payment
• Working days are Monday to Friday, but exclude public holidays. If you wish to get your items sooner, feel free to contact us by what’s app for details.

International Delivery

• Your items will be delivered within 7 working days generally with our designated courier. Working days are Monday to Friday, but exclude public holidays. Customized order will be generally delivered with 25 -40 days after confirming and receive payment.
• Import duties and taxes will be paid by recipient.

One Year Warranty

• All jewelries of Tai Woo Pearl are guaranteed for one year (please provide invoice) on accessories from the time of receipt. Please note that oxidation or loss of plating due to the use of the jewelry is not covered by our guarantee. Postage charges, import duties and taxes are paid by buyer.
• After the expiry of the guarantee, if your item can be repaired, we will be establish a repair quote. Please send us a photo by what’s app or an email before sending back your piece of jewelry.
