We are proud of the high-quality products we offer. We hope you enjoy your purchase at Tai Woo Pearl and are delighted every time you shop with us. We understand, however, that there may be a situation where you wish to return or exchange your order. We are more than happy to offer you a refund or an exchange for a 5-day period from the date when your order is delivered, on products that have not been worn or tampered with.

All our jewelry comes with tamper-proof packaging so please do not remove any security tags or the original packaging before wearing your purchase. We cannot refund or exchange any returned items if their original tamper-proof packaging has been opened or damaged. All items that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.

Step 1: You must contact us at info@taiwoopearl.online with email topic: return goods (order no.) within the 5-day return period from the date when your order is delivered. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (”RMA”). If with the 5-day have gone by since your receive goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Step 2: Once you receive the RMA from us and show you how to return, please send your returned goods to us within 5 days of obtaining the RMA. Please print a return label, enabling you to return the goods to us free of charge.
We will provide you with our return address. All returned items must be in their original condition together with your invoice or Internet receipt. Please note that the packaging or the security tags must not be opened or tampered with or a refund will not be issued. Please also ensure that you clearly state “Returns” on the Custom Declaration Form upon posting the goods back to us.

Please retain your proof of posting and the tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Step 3: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If our inspection is satisfactory, we will notify you by email.

Step 4: A refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method as soon as possible and within 30 days of your cancelling the order.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please note all returned items must be authorized. Any unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Custom orders, pieces not in original condition, special orders or pieces that have been modified per customer request are final sale.

A few types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
– Gift cards / Packaging
– Consumables

There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted:
– Items with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Exchange item
If you would like to exchange your order, simply send us an email to info@taiwoopearl.online with topic (exchange (order no.)) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, import duty, tax and/or any other fees incurred from the refund amount for resend your exchange item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and other fees will be deducted from your refund.
